The TJHS Lassos and Wranglers performed at the Bob Bullock Texas History Museum in Austin, Texas, Sunday afternoon before a crowd of 50 alums and museum guests. The performance was in conjunction with the current exhibit, “Texas High School Football: More Than the Game”, in which the Lasso Alumni Association provided a vintage uniform and memorabilia for the same exhibit. The Lassos and Wranglers, under the direction of Mrs. Nikki Howell, performed a holiday dance and roping routine and thereafter taught rope tricks to the audience. What a great way to celebrate this organization that is almost 80 years old!
